Top 10 places to put your RSS feed - for super-easy free traffic
RSS - Really Simple Sindication
To celebrate my first 1000 pageviews, here's a really simple tip to get a bit more traffic and spread the work about your Hubs (and/or blog) - submit your feed to a few directories.
You only need to submit it once, and every time you add a new Hub, your feed will be updated on every directory that lists it. Cool.
On your profile, there's a link marked "Subscribe to RSS feed." If you click it, your browser will probably fill up with weird text (this is XML - woo!) so we need to find something useful for it to do!
Right clicking and copying the link will let you easily paste it into any of these feed directories - there are many many more out there which may give "better" results - but I've selected these initially as an entry point based on the following criteria:
- Ease of submission
- Quality of existing feeds
- No login required
- Useful extra features
