Just like a lot of women out there, I have struggled and still struggle with my weight.  I know this whole celebrity-obsession may hurt people's self-esteem, but I honestly find inspiration and motivation when I see a famous person I admire lose weight.

Tyra has been slammed for her infamous swimsuit photo earlier this year.  At her height, weighing 160 lbs. is ok....but not for a supermodel and TV show host!  I don't think she was overly heavy when that photo was taken, but I do love how she looks now.  Especially in this particular dress she is wearing in the latter photo--what a great outfit!  Everything WORKS--the hair, the makeup, the jewelry, the dress's color, and of course the smile on her face!

How did she do it?  According to reports out there, she would spend at least 30 minutes on the treadmill or an elliptical machine while watching Sex and the City.  What a fun way to lose weight!
