The nape of the neck
The sexiest part of a man is the nape of the neck. The curve of his jawline, especially as he laughs or swallows, subtly moving his Adam's apple... purrrrrrr.... that really puts me in overdrive. I love to nuzzle into that crevasse, getting his scent, kissing the underside of his chin, suckling and nibbling back and forth, up and down his neck. It's so intimate, and sensual.
Sexy is alot of things; self confidence, sense of humor, beautiful eyes, honesty. Sexy is a guy that speaks well of his ex-girlfriend, is kind to animals, over-tips, holds open doors.
Sexy is subjective.
But I'm answering this HUB request for What Do You Think Is Sexy, with what I think is the sexiest thing in the world.
Without a doubt, it's the nape of a man's neck.
Nothing is sexier.

The neck can definitely be sexy!
For me, the sexiest part of a man are the shoulders and arms - lets me know if he's going to be able to hold me down or not. So, the bigger, the better. ;)
Mmmm. I agree with that one. I love that feeling. But since I'm switch, I also like the big arms - broad shoulders as a challenge to conquer.
A prominent Adam's Apple with the V notch is by far the most sexiest part on a man.

Throwing my 2 cents in,,,for me, it's a man's hands. I LOVE big hands. A non-physical turn-on for me is intellect, a man who can discuss anything from kitty litter to the state of the world. That to me is very appealing.
