Well it's been a few weeks on HubPages for me, last I checked my AdSense account was nearing a dollar! 71 cents! I'm rich, I'm rich moo hahah! Moo hahaha! OK fine so maybe I'm still a pauper, but my sense of humor and passion for life are still rich as ever.

I can't wait to walk into the Porsche dealership this week and say, "I'd like to buy that 911 Carrera sir, if you'd please."

"Would you like to take it for a test drive", the salesman would ask me.

"No thank you", I would reply.

"Well how would you like to pay for this sir?" He would ask, gently brushing away a tuft of hair from his forehead, awkwardly.

"Can I put a down payment in sense of humor and passion for life?"

After this the salesman and I would share a laugh, he'd pat me on the shoulder then say, "You are a very funny man Mr. Zoltak, I'm afraid we only take wampum here."

At this juncture we would both laugh, then each of us would mumble "jerk" under our breath, and collectively part ways.

But all parody aside, I'd like to take this time to thank all seven of the HubPage staff:

Thanks for creating this burgeoning phenomenon called HubPages. Without you I'd still just be a twinkle in the eye of the Collective Unconscious. You all must have hearts of gold, or at least deserve a Purple Heart On, as Kurt Vonnegut used to say.

I find 99% of the community of writers that you have gathered together here to be a great group of magnanimous wordsmiths. The writers and readers of Hubs are roundly encouraging and upbeat spirits with a penchant for vigor and a spirit like the wild mustang. I am humbly honored and proud to be a part of this group of creatives.

I look forward to reading more from everyone, and thank you with all my soul to my first 20 fans and all that have shared their kind words.
