Your Love Is More Than Gold
Your love is more than gold -
and your lips are more than wine -
your kisses never miss me -
cos your love is so divine -
your love it shines right through me -
and my heart it warms and melts -
this love I feel is so surreal -
it overrides all else.
You found me for a reason -
and you give me love and hope
You love me through the seasons -
You teach me how to cope -
your loving touch I crave for -
an everlasting high -
like sand and rolling beaches -
of the soul of Boracay.
We swim within this ocean -
so tanzanite and warm -
your skin it feels like velvet -
your eyes wake up the dawn -
we blend inside these currents -
of nature's majesty -
you take my hand and kiss me -
till I'm floating in your sea.
We roll upon the shoreline -
and we kiss among the palms -
we lose our clothes and garments -
and lie naked on the sand -
Your eyes so warm and tender -
your woman's touch so bold -
I love and so adore you - cos
Your love is more than gold.
“Your Love is more than Gold” is quite a true statement, and it is felt through the amazing friendship and love of a special woman. The rivers of my imagination never run dry, because my heart is so inspired by Fehl Dungo and I warmly dedicate this poem to you. You inspire my poetry so much. You inspire me to be more than I am. Gosh, you are so rare and so beautiful. Thank you for this, Fehl.
