Meal Planning?

After a hard day of work a tired person cannot prepare or cook a meal. I offer you some tips which will keep your enthusiasm high and would make cooking funny and exciting rather than boring.

What is meal planning? When you are organizing yourself in advance for cooking is the meal planning. The enjoyable and organizable method or process that basically makes cooking fun. Hence, the plan will have to be made in such way that you should do it before you go for grocery shopping, some people like to plan their means days in advance, while others just stop by the market do whole impulsive shopping for next dinner. There is no such way to plan meal. Bulk of shopping for meals causes heavy meals and imbalanced diet plans. Just do what is most effective for you.

How to do Meal planning ?

Tip1- Ask your family members in advance, what they would like to eat?

If you are the one who is going to cook, you can take in to consideration what others want to have for meal. Later you can decide what you can add or delete depending upon their likes.

Tip2- Note it on the calendar.

Mention a calendar of what you would like to eat in the next few days. This will make the plan more realistic. If the calendar is far fetching then make the sticks or jots and stick them on the places like refrigerator or store room.

Tip3- Before you go shopping make a list.

Grocery shopping is the purposefully a key for planning. Check your meal calendar, look for recipes for those meals and note down the ingredients you need to shop for.

Tip4- Do not over stuff your refrigerator.

It is easy to get overwhelmed when you stock your friger to capacity. If the refrigerator is over loaded, some things may get hidden or behind other stuff which can either have your plan going awry or the stuff going bad. So avoid over stuffing and keep the refrigerator airy.

Tip5- Utilize and use leftovers.

Make a little of extra of everything which you prepare. In case of emergency or sheer boredom, you don’t have to worry about cooking extra food. Also If you cook extra dinner the left over can be used for lunch the next day.
