Getting An Early Start

Updated on February 7, 2012

Try It

I feel great

I am well rested

I am on my way to a terrific day

When these feelings strike we feel like dynomite

Ready to explode and let the world know how fabulous things are

Why or why do these feelings fade like a balloon let go ?

Slowly climbing higher and higher then all of a sudden the balloon disappears

Out of sight

We soon forget how wonderful we just were and now all we do is fear

That life will change for the worst and we will have no control

First we have to slow down and think

Does this sound rational or irrational ?

Life is filled with opportunities and excitement

A small change can be beneficial

We have to understand what was the cause ?

Was it something we did or was it out of our control

Swollowed up In a bright beautiful sky of blue

With all the potential and promise of everything new

We have lost touch of what mattered most

Did we see it happening or was too late

Take time to reevaluate

I want challanges in my life or I would be bored

But you also feel out of control because we don't know what direction we will go

We have to try using our best possible way

What will bring us the most satisfaction

Sometimes we will be wrong it is o.k.

We will try another way and see if that works

If we fail again then that is o.k. too

Learning can be a slow process

The results can be amazing

When we think we have reached a sink hole

When we feel we are going to lose everything we have worked so hard for

Think again

We did not come all this way to throw it away

We have to think and find a way that makes us feel better

That gives us a little more satisfaction

Something that works

It is a matter of trying over and over

Until something breaks

Not like a crystal vase that was a wedding gift that you blamed the cat for knocking over

More like a sky that was cloudy a minute ago and now the sun is out shining bright

So keep trying and when you have tried so hard your face turns beet red

Stop

Learn to blow out all the air of your lungs

You may feel silly but it works

Then breathe in through your nose fresh air and with it fresh ideas

If I can find a way so can you

I did it alone and you have help

Let your mind expand to the outer limits

You will be happy you did

So get off your butt and go and meet the day with sweet desire

Now for me I have been up all night I am going to close my eyes and sleep

Then when I wake up I will be refreshed like a car who has gone through the car wash

Once all dirty and undesirable

Now shiny and feeling like new

working
