A Haiku - Discouragement
So you expected all of life to be perfect?
But shake it off. Try to smile.
Funny how days come!
Leading a charmed life?
Hold your head high, Watch and see.
Happy steps lead on.
We cannot guide steps
Past every stumble and fall.
Up again! And on!
No life of bitter,
No life only sweet alone.
Master what comes now.
Makes each day somehow better---
Smoothing rough edges.
Life's really rough days
Are the sandpaper of life,
Smoothing our finish.
