A Time To Relax
In Body And Mind
I consider it my biggest challenge of all
Like trying to catch your breath after a run
It is not easy but it can be done
To slow down and see what you can do right at this very moment
Not making a plan for the future
Not even one of my famous lists
Add some form of relaxation to every day
If you can't find ways now you never will
I have learned to sit quietly for a minute before I type
Then I make it a habit to close my eyes and put my thoughts to rest
Some day it will be much longer than that
But it's a good start
I even find times I doze off in the sitting position
When I return I yearn for life and all things wonderful
