Poem: A Great Child !

A Great child!

A great child

is by far the

very best compliment

to a parents life.

the most blessed

Improvement

A parent could ever

Experience

Go through

Feel the joy

that only

a great child

could bring

This cannot

be found

Be bought or sold

no greater feelings

to ever unfold

There is

no other place

on this earth

Than in the

presence of

a great child.

There is no

greater pride

That a parent

can feel

Than seeing

their own child

Improve on

and Master.

their parents way.

There is no

greater Pride

No happier joy

That a child

can feel

than learning,

cherishing

Improving

and surpassing

Those lessons

So graciously

taught to them

By their parents.

A great child

Don’t ever

get angry

At their parents

They understand

And give then

much more,

A great child

Won’t see

their parents

As just a source

from which

They can score.

A great child

Only make

parents Greater

By strengthening

The greatness

In that one

and only way

That this can

be Done

That’s only

by being

A Great Child!

Wonderful, meaningful and so true poem. I loved it. And I loved the song "In the Loving Years." Hadn't heard it in a very long time. Thanks so much for sweet words and sweet music.

Yes my brethren that's actually exactly what children should be liken unto. It's a parent volunteering to build that great adult, out of this tiny baby.

Thanks for you ever so inspiring comment.

Bless.

Thank you V. I was beginning to say my lil sister went on her new years vacation already!

But now I believed that you were waiting to unpack your laptop, Lol.

I am so glad you love this poem , because I know your situation with mom, Bless. But then , that's where you truly come in.

And this is where I believe that this poem will help strengthen your true feelings and your life.

It is simply past miraculous to be around someone that you love, and even around anything that you love . Because after all it can only bring out that good old loving feelings side of you.

Things that brings out the best in you, or things that relates to where the best in you resides.

Life is not as difficult as we think .

The greatest and most pure love is always in the place where you first learned what love is .

That is supposed to be with ones parents , after which we then spend the rest of our lives , trying to find this love, even as close enough to be a comparative one.

Those who sincerely finds this , have been blessed.

Thanks V and all the very best to you and yours from this day on, joy and health.

Give Thanks

Bless.

Sky, I'm so in love with your poem.

"A great child don’t ever get angry at their parents

They understand and give then much more".

You're so true about it. Tears slowly rolled down my cheeks. Luckily, my darling is here to comfort me :) I love my dad so much and I terribly miss my dearest mom. Thank you so much, Sky, for putting up this amazing piece.

Wishing you the best in your future endeavors.

Happy New Year, Sky!

Simply awesome! Up, up and away!

Love, Verita
