Above It All ( a poem to inspire)

Our inner light released...
Our inner light released...
Storms of life may approach..
Storms of life may approach..
our inner spirits will see us through hard times...
our inner spirits will see us through hard times...
as each day turns to night...
as each day turns to night...
better days will come in our lives...
better days will come in our lives...

Each life, so tried, and is so full of strife,

Everyone, their own story to tell,

Many are so hard, just to walk a yard,

A heavy load carried, as well.

We all must strive, ours just to survive,

No matter how rich or how poor,

Our inner spirits shall never give in,

For we all will fight, to endure.

Though the days are hot, nights are cold,

The inner fires are burning bright,

Within each one, lies a warming sun,

To rid the worry, the fright.

Every challenge to face, we do embrace,

Not to shun, nor to ever ignore,

Our times of old, all, we may extoll,

For every storm, awaits a fond shore.

What injury to come. how great its sum,

In our greatest resolve. we'll overcome.

On our sturdy feet, every day we'll meet,

We'll Rise above it, with true grit, to greet.
