Back Home On The Range
The Temperature Keeps Dropping
Sixty four today
Sixty six yesterday
Winter on the horizon
A chill in the air
Luckily I can't see my breath yet
October and November the weather really turns cool
December let's you know winter is here
January and February are the big bad months
Anything can happen
Back to back snow storms
Snow drifts eight to ten feet high
The snow and the rain together
Makes it icy and wet
Last winter we had one of the worst winters
This winter they say is going to just as bad
To early to tell
We haven't put the heat on yet
Even though we pulled out a little portable electric heater
For a quick burst of heat
It's funny how the weather changes everything
