Blessings ( a poem of inspiration )

We must preserve our earth and all that's in it...
We must preserve our earth and all that's in it...
Freshest airs...sweet breath of life...
Freshest airs...sweet breath of life...
The air we breathe...vital to all's life on this planet...
The air we breathe...vital to all's life on this planet...
The deep oceans and the skies above...
The deep oceans and the skies above...
cool airs of late evening...approaching... a restful night...
cool airs of late evening...approaching... a restful night...
We must preserve our food sources for humans and wild creatures...
We must preserve our food sources for humans and wild creatures...
the beautiful flowers and growth about us...
the beautiful flowers and growth about us...
beauty found in nature...
beauty found in nature...
Our earthly creatures depend upon us...
Our earthly creatures depend upon us...

The finest air, the blessed cleanest of spirit,

And a freshness, enhanced... one so unique,

Those heights... beyond, above the highest peak,

We find its greatest worth, only if we, but seek.

The purest, in this, our very breaths of life,

We are served, this for our work, in kind,

A seeking in unison, by all, as a just attempt,

Our best, and then never to be left behind.

The sea...our deep, never relinquishing tides,

To bathe the welcoming and loving shore,

Fond oceans of blues and finest greens...

Bright birds to serenade us, that we adore.

Waters that provide the greatest gifts of life...

Should not we preserve them, exempting strife,

The necessity and its ever lasting source...

A common denominator, justly, without force?

The gift of sun..its photosynthesis, always done,

A bright and shining light of hope...as each day is run.

What limits, pollution to cause, so dumped and spread,

About the globe..its defeated auras....in flames of red?

Can't we save the earthen clay, our cherished soil..

Rewarding us for much work and our hands to toil?

The richness, all greenery, so much growth to build,

Providing the shade...ours heated days to shield?

The food and nourishment, so vital, just to survive,

Helping creatures, all who live here, each to thrive...

What is to happen when it's all but gone, is no more,

By greedy hands...such carelessness, by the score?

Is ours, to stand together, and now hear the call,

Save the earth, beloved planet...home to all.

Without our help, a devoted and caring society,

A loss so great...this grand world, its sanctity.

It is so hard for me to express my most sincere gratitude for my world. I just love this place. Your words do it for me. Thank you. This invigorates me to redouble my efforts to protect her.

We did the damage, now it's up to us to repair it and restore life on Earth. Beautiful message, whonu. Keep 'em coming!

Your message comes as welcomed authority to every willing, thinking, life loving person, "count your blessings", and contribute your own for us all and generations to come. To us is given authority to increase, to prosper to add by hard work and diligence...

Voted up and useful.

Exactly. It is up to us all, and we must gather a plan of action, proceed, and educate while we walk that path. We must start it now, for it will not wait for later. Thanks for writing about the cause.

This had a lot meaning and usage in it. We need to stand together and make these types words heard by many which do not listen. You are doing well with these whonu, keep them coming. I tried but did not do to well. I voted up, shared and pinned it.

If I do write them whonu, it is only occasionally. They are not as well-written as yours but I will remember what you said.

I see you live in Georgia. I too lived there for many years. It is my favorite state and the sweet smell of Magnolias will always be found in my work. Nice of you to stop by, my friend, and keep on trucking. whonu
