Choice (a poem)
Multitude of avenues
hang over the air
interfering with my daily,
constricting me to indecision.
Guilt of abandonment
forces me onward.
Too many ways,
fear cheeps in,
no change.
Hopeless to want.
Others find happiness without,
leaving me behind.
Solitude protects,
enshrouding me from decision,
carrying me forward
on the same.
Doubts fill me with courage,
causing me to dream,
to wonder
what if
I take a peek,
no looking back.
