Poem : "Fall Guy"
"Fall Guy"
I bought interest to your life
There was none there before
*You managed to repulsed
Even the ones who dared
to knock on your door
**
No ones around now they are
all gone
Even for me time has come
I must move on!
**
I was never anyone’s fall guy
Won’t be someone’s now
No money can ever buy me,
Useless asking me why
**
Love never been a great friend
To you
No point doubting, when you know
It’s true.
**
No one ever became attracted
Enough
To take your hand as their my princess
Guess life been rough
**
Heard those same words come
Straight from your mouth
Went about their business,
Without a shout
**
They never even offered help
With the bills
Even when collectors moving in
For the kill
**
Everyone knows it's not that’s
Not the way to go.
No hesitation they pretending
Not to know
**
All good children, love their
Mothers.
Usually they spends great time
Together
**
Why then these here are acting
So strange
Their ducks are not in a row,
Must arrange
**
Can’t you see those children’s?
Looking for love
Teach them to pray, so when push
Comes to shove.
**
I watch them go to school, to work and then
To church
*Something went terribly wrong because
They still search.
**
If it's God for which they are looking
He is always around.
Their true faith will have their feet
On solid ground.
**
I don’t have any questions I do not I wish
To ask you why
When it's all said and done, l you are always
The one to cry.
**
I played many roles in life, but there one
For which I will never die
With every gun pointing at my head
I will never be Your
"Fall Guy".
**
Bless
