Just Keeps Getting Better -5

Updated on August 3, 2022

The Kept Man

Within a week of coming down from the mountain after their camping trip, Jeremy was moved into a townhouse rented by Eva. As an aside, the rent was almost twice his monthly salary.

Deciding his clothing of poor quality, Eva filled the wardrobes and drawers with the most expensive items she could find.

Besides clothing he had an abundance of things he never knew he needed, which she kept buying and buying,

If Jeremy had loved her, even a little, if he was attracted to her, even a little, it wouldn't be so surreal. But he did not.

Jeremy tolerated Eva because she was very clean and didn't have unpleasant
body odor or breath. He couldn't stand to look at her because she was a female version of the Pillsbury Dough-boy.

Eva virtually worshiped him.

To her eyes he was the most beautiful man she had ever seen.
To her eyes he was perfect and she pampered him.
She loved to touch him.
She gave him pedicures and foot massages, body massages, bathed him, washed his hair, there was nothing she would not do for him.

Jeremy never asked her for anything or to do anything. Especially not, anything connected to his person.

To say he found her touch repulsive would be accurate.

Odd Hopes

Jeremy hoped that somehow Eva would lose her fixation on him, let him go back
to crappy apartments and KFC.

At night, with the light off and his eyes closed he'd imagine she was some Hollywood Celeb and be able to function.

Fortunately, with him being a Chauffeur and almost always on call, he could get
away from Eva for hours at a time. He could drive nice and slow, pause, take his time, so that he could drag in so tired he could barely make it to bed.

Eva warned him that no one was to know of their relationship. That suited him perfectly.

Sometimes he'd catch the eye of a pretty woman and do a touch of flirt, but that was as far as it could go.

Eva paid the bills, Eva set the agenda. If only she looked halfway decent he'd be hopelessly in love.

He kept trying to plan how to get out of the relationship; and that's when she told
him she was pregnant.

It just keeps getting better.
