Johny's mother knew that he did not have pain in his tummy !
Little Johny would not go to school
But what should he tell his mummy ?
He thought for a minute and then said
‘ Mum I have a pain in my tummy.’
His elder sister smiled and said
‘Johny, you are telling a lie,
Come on, be good, get up from bed
Give yourself a try.’
Johny hid his smile under the pillow,
His mother came near,
She said , after giving him a tickle ,
‘ You are O.K. now my dear.
Hurry , my love , don't be lazy,
You have to go to school ,
But if you choose to stay in bed
you will be a big fool .
Today is your dad’s birthday
All the nice food you will miss, ’
Johny jumped up said ‘ I am O.K ’
Hugged and gave mother a kiss.
Then he ran and kissed his daddy,
wished him a happy birthday,
Mummy watched him and she laughed,
Could not find things to say.
Quickly Johny got all ready,
finished his breakfast fast,
Smiling and holding sister’s hand
proceeded to school at last.

I watch a pretty lady every morning, wonder where she goes and stays. Would like her to fall in love with me but cannot ask her as I fear she may not let me watch her again and make my sundays empty !
I have intended to bring some fun in this poem. What I am basicvally trying to convey is that we should sing, laugh and dance to keep ourselves fit and well and enjoy our life to the best we can.
