Lost In A World (poem)
Lost in world he couldn’t see
Not a clue where he may be
Searches heaven for a key
To unlock this mystery
-
Last thing he recalls that day
Beauty cast her eyes his way
Lost in world he couldn’t see
All he knew just slipped astray
-
Did she really say hello
Lost in world he couldn’t see
All he felt was heartbeats go
All around began to slow
-
Did a dream come closer still
Heighten thrill as senses spill
Marvel from a wish fulfill
Lost in world he couldn’t see
-
On his cheek he felt a kiss
Maybe he is dreaming this
Lost in world he couldn’t see
What seemed real he must dismiss
-
Madness as she went away
Lost in world he couldn’t see
Was so much he couldn’t say
Angered at his disarray
-
How he let such beauty by
Gives a reason cause to cry
As he wants somewhere to die
Lost in world he couldn’t see
-
Lost in world he couldn’t see
Not a clue where he may be
In his hand he found a key
When mind is clear Please call me
