May God To Save and Keep Us ( a lyrical poem of inspiration)
Our god has blessed this country, made us stronger through all the wars,
We've saved our friends and neighbors, here at home, on foreign shores.
We shall never give in to tyranny, its dictators, destroying evil at every turn,
No matter how great each challenge, seems our enemies will never learn!
Refrain: We're the United States of America, our people are always strong,
We'll fight to defend this country, its immigrants, here, everyone does belong.
In times of war, we all stand tall, in volunteering, to support and to defend,
Our enemy has grown to fear us, a message so powerful to them we send.
Our founding fathers, best leaders, left a legacy, all our futures to be bright,
One of a fierce determination, never are we afraid, always to stand and fight.
Refrain: We're the United States of America, our people are always strong,
We'll fight to defend this country, its immigrants, here, everyone does belong.
Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, and Abe Lincoln, all as greatest men of their time,
Wonderful figures of grandest ability, to have led us onward, this nation, sublime.
We're stewards of our forefathers, all here born as seeds of the mighty oak tree,
Each of us has an obligation, helping always, this nation, for every soul to be free.

Our country has defended the mild, the meek, in places around this world,
We pushed back the bullies and war lords, as from this earth were hurled.
May God save us all and to keep us, the greatest defender of human kind,
Led by our flag, Old Glory, and of our majestic story, no better friend to find.
