O Love, Tarry a Little Longer
Rapture
Light and splendour
Unshackled,
Your Love takes me to the candescence of the moon.
The evening clouds part to allow Your bedazzling beauty,
To permeate my Spirit’s core.
Adorned like a firmament of twinkling stars,
My hope blossoms, and I yearn for the coming of my sunrise.
I see the plenitude of nature’s grandeur,
It’s music rising up to greet me, like the songs of Solomon.
Your sweet gaze overwhelms me,
As I touch Thy sweet face,
Stunned by the blinding rapture of Your Light.
O Love, tarry a little longer, in the sweet symphony of my Heart.
Let the cadence of Your drums roar with splendour,
Resonating a deep Silence, in the myriad gateways of the Soul.

Beauty and Light
Short poem
"The dead may be buried in sorrow,
But the minstrels have started to sing.
A black mist hovers over the darkness of the night;
Yet the moon unfolds the great beauty of the Light."-Manatita
