On The Fast Track

Many times I will talk about what ails me

Other times I mention things I dream and want so bad

But today I am going to tell you what I have

I have it all

A life that keeps my blood flowing so much dracula wants to be my best friend

I get excited to live my life and all its short comings

I never stop there because I know it is the beginning of something new

I lost my favorite hat long ago when the wind blew

I haven't stopped chasing it ever since

I look back only to feel the warmth of the people I have met in passing

Memories will be mine to cherish for years to come

I live the life I want even though it takes me sometimes in a foreign land

My friends are mixed in the woodwork and sometimes blend in and are hard to see

But when the sun shines every sparkle is noticed

There is no time like the present

Tomorrow is going to be more wonderful than today

Our imaginations can dream up the world that is magnificient in every way

We just need more love to make it a dream come true

Nature has taken us this far

Provided for are every need

If we stay focused and keep trying even the roughest of times will pass

We are given families that aren't always what we expect

It is only a beginning and the rest is up to us

We can squabble about things that aren't right

Which leads to fighting

Nothing good ever comes out of it

Ask the Hatfields or the Macoys

So lets try to think of one more way to make something better than before

You would be surprised to know

We don't live in a bubble and someday our balloon might pop

But with the new technology and the invention of super glue

Even that can be repaired

Maybe not as good as new

But it can last you a few more years

Until the next generation develops

The next best thing since poptarts and tootsie rolls

You might wonder why I mention food in a time like this

Once you please the stomach

Half the battle is won

So what I am trying to say here in 50 words or less

We have the best of both worlds

When we have our life and others to share it with

If we want to last forever

We just need faith and lets pray

I started saying our minds our magical and phenomenonal at the same time

Why not close our eyes and make them work for us

We have the ability to do anything we want

You just have to ask the right questions and the answers will be given

I didn't think they would be in Chinese!!!!

Here we go again another rock in my shoe and an ache in my back

I feel like an old miner looking for gold

I know it is there

I just have to stop sift and yell YIPEEEE

I have found what others missed

The ring I lost when I first started

So many years ago

To all a good night

Sleep and dream on
