One Voice in the Wilderness ( a poem of inspiration)
One voice...heard in the wilderness...may be the one that spreads,
Never to be heard, ever again...yet may be the one hate dreads.
Every brother and sister, are united, the same outwardly, as within,
Very much in need, have desires and fears, no matter color of their skin.
Others may speak of violent ways... the making of anger and of disgust,
It is appreciated, what others may say...as long as their's respect, is trust.
Care and an understanding regard...is due to every child of our God,
Each one deserves a chance in the sun, all are same seeds of the sod.
In a sane world of order, or in one that so seems as much, a bad dream,
Nothing may serve as a guide or a sage, as a kind heart..in life's stream.
The best of a man...his soul displayed, no greater conscience or grace,
His inner light shines for all to behold, for it is there he has found his place.
Even to those...his descendants he leaves, a legacy of the brightest hope,
Whether in just one, or a hundred years, such wonders, in its great scope.
It's not the size or the wealth of a being...that creates a magnificent thing,
Living a good life...one of a fine trust...provides one so just.. us to bring.
Deeds, all so descent, acts of such graciousness, speaks so well of the best,
Expectancy breeds success and good will...and by it, we all are so blessed.
Rejoice in the day, for this is the time, our creator has promised to us all,
Never a worry or problem is so great...as we gather to express gratitude's call.
Enter to find a ring of finest trust...no exit ever to be blocked by any desire,
Should one decide to leave and go on...no goal is limited, for those who aspire.
Single voices are all to be heard...despite from where or by who...or how dire!
