Out The Pillory
1. Genèves
Skeletons
And cankered
Weary bones
In black suits
And brilliant black leather shoes
Around a table
Drawing
Circles
And blowing bubbles.
As usual ,
After the gavel’s strike,
Nothing comes out
From the inside,
Deep ensuing silence
Overflowing
Sides
And more
Tones
Down
Falling
On the ground
Thud sound,
Comforting some ears
Behind curtains
Dust
Off,
Up the slope of the air,
Blood
Out
Sprinklers
On the burnt lawn.
2.Out the pillory,
Under the eagle’s eyes ,
Gone
The guilty,
Out the pillory,
Out the French guillotine
like hair from the dough.
