The Bumpy Road Ahead (a poem of inspiration)
Take heart, my friends, as a test to begin,
we must be tough, and not disowning,
The road ahead, so bumpy, ours to dread,
its crest, so rough, and very daunting.
Acts by just a few, their bill to come due,
of matters treated, as of their flaunting,
Now for our people, all, this does so appall,
and is so greatly, to be, as haunting.
Those great challenges to meet, and with grit,
We race, to greet, not ours to just, lamely sit,
Never to succumb, to mistakes, all so dumb,
by those outside of the laws. there from.
The illnesses we face, we each must embrace,
This we may see, perhaps, just meant to be,
No terror, so fierce, shall ever to pierce,
our strong hearts, of each, those so free.
Now comes true strength, the brave, in length,
New problems, and our own, to be solved,
No mystery too hard, that we each do regard,
For in our forging onward, all to be resolved.
Our mettle is blessed, its source is the best,
At our creator's breast, in his strong hands,
Onward, we will tread, as our soldiers have bleed,
by those each, over in foreign lands..
The roughest days, all, to pass at last,
in our memories, to be frightful, it seems,
Those times of before, shows our faith to restore,
so remains within our fondest of dreams.
Times, no matter how frail, our flag we shall hale.
united and strong, we all shall prevail.
Our nation will stand, as we're hand in hand,
in our bright resilience, ours never to fail.
