First in the Series

I would like to take this opportunity to share my latest book; the first in The Homemaker Helper Series. As stated in a previous Hub, I have decided to break my major book project into a series instead. This way, the information I am sharing will be targeted to those most interested in each topic.

The first in the series is on Crafts, ranging from crochet to kid's crafts and many in between. There are step by step instructions for many crafts, and links provided for those I have enjoyed but am unable to include due to copyright.

I chose this particular time of year to release the Crafts Edition as the holiday season is fast approaching. It will give my readers time to try the patterns and master the skills so they can make some of the items as gifts (at least that is my goal). I also am not opposed to the crafts being made and sold at Farmer's Markets and Craft Sales; just please do not copy and sell the patterns.

The next book in the series will be available in early December and will focus on cooking and baking. Once again, just in time for the holiday season. Through the years I have tried and adapted recipes to suit our needs; the modifications have all turned out well. I enjoy cooking and baking, and feel it is the kitchen that is the heart of any home.

As with each book in the series, there will be a section dedicated to using the recipes and culinary skills to your advantage. Many homemakers have special talents when it comes to the kitchen, just as others have special talents in the craft sector. I aim to provide some helpful advice and ideas so my readers may enjoy their own success, no matter how big or small. If my advice leads to a home-based catering business, then more power to the individual who has made it happen.

I will continue to post each time I have completed a book in the series. Please take a few moments to view the previews with the links provided. Thank you!
