Your Hell: My Poem

You saw me fall
my darkest day
then turned your back
and walked away.
My knees still bleed
the ache remains
like yesterday
straight through my veins.
I spent my life
this carousel
an up and down
of bloody hell.
My fingers spent
emotions gone
I can't believe
the lines you've drawn.
I never questioned
one command
and you pushed my face
into the sand.
I know my faults
my sins, my wrongs
with hook-in-cheek
your string-a-long.
I'd better serve
this sentence out
If I had known
that you'd sell-out.
Take everything
that I hold dear
then bring to light
my damndest fear.
Abandonment
is nothing new
just nothing
I'd expect from you.
I see your back
I see them all
I won't return
I'll never crawl.
The pain is fresh
but it will pass
a momentary
ugly gas.
I've never been
so sick so well
since you dismissed me
from your hell.
