Yogurt Ice Cream with Fruits

Go for healthy ice cream recipe for your kids !

This is my favorite ice cream recipe, quite difficult to realize without the ice cream ball. I am using fruit yogurt or plain yogurt with fruits.

Fruits can be: berries, cherries, mango, banana, peach, etc. Improtant is to use sweet ripped fruits, you may combine two fruits, as you like.

If you like the sweet ice cream, you can put sugar...but not much.

The rest of the work will do the kids, moving the ball.

Ingredients

  • 130 gram fruit
  • 130 gram yogurt
  • 2 tbs sugar - not compulsory

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients and pur them in the ball. In the metallic box you put the ice and salt, the kids will move the ball. After 10 min the ice cream is on halfway, open the lid, scrap the margins, change the ice and salt, and play it an other 5-10 min..
