Chewing Gum -- Good Memory exercise!
Ever since my childhood, I was very fond of chewing gums, yet was oblivious that chewing bubble gum is a great memory booster. However, I read it somewhere that chewing boosts memory. Hey, its a good exercise for your brain and jaws. The more your brain works, the better it gets.
Even dentists, now, recommend chewing gums. Medical Association of India has advised everyone to chew bubble gum -- ORBIT --which is good for the teeth and makes them stronger.
Contrarily, don't make it a habbit of chewing gums all the time. And never ever swallow it. Chew it to the full and then throw it in the dustbin. This way you will definitely see a change in your memory power.
