When my cholesterol level went to 305, under the guidance of my physician, for 3 months I followed this diet with daily 20-30 minutes exercises routine, and medication for only one month. The results were marvellous. I lost 20 pounds and looked much younger than my age. Its hard to diet, but try it once. Its rewarding. After that, its just a matter of maintaining it.

However, before following any diet or medication, its best to take your doctors advice.

My cholesterol level went down to normal, and now I try my best to maintain it without medicine. No, you dont have to use sweeteners, which are called "sweet poison". Get used to low sugar.
