Earning With Linkbucks

Updated on March 14, 2013

Alright, honestly I wasn't even planning on writing a hub tonight as I was focus on commenting back to fellow hubbers and trying to log in to websites I haven't been to for a year or so. And that just gave me some headache as I don't remember the passwords or usernames I had used. I now keep a notebook where I jot down sites and passwords but those I hadn't wrote down before I started doing this still affects me just like now.

Anyway, I was holding my notebook just right now, going to websites I had listed in there that I frequently visit before, trying to log in, one of those is Linkbucks. I can't even remember the last time I logged in there, but that was after I got problem with my website that I used to monetize with Linkbucks and Adsense. There was once that I tried to log in and didn't went through. So I thought alright, I won't insist, I lost my site anyway and I probably wouldn't make any money so I didn't bother. Until tonight. As I try each of those sites listed on my notebook, I once again tried to log in. And I was surprised as I had successfully logged in. And so I thought why not make a hub about this tonight.

And this is what I saw.

Seeing this made me happy.

I was just surprised to see that I had still made that amount. There's the $12 waiting for me to request payment. I hadn't even thought I could still log in, yet make money with my website closed. I still had my blogs with Linkbucks links though but I know I wouldn't earn the same amount I used to earn before. And as I check on the clicks, I got about 80 plus clicks this month of August which is just low. But still, those cents piled up and slowly, and continuously piling up.

When was the last time I requested payment?

That's been a year ago. And to be exact, a year and 2 days ago. I used to earn between $5 to almost $20 a month but this amount that had accumulated for a year was a surprised. Some might think that $12 in a year isn't much but the fact that I hadn't done anything that time, the $12 just made my day, (or should I say night.)

There's another reason why I'm surprised.

What could that be?

Seeing the amount made me happy but there's something else. And that would be seeing that my referrals had added up too. I was surprised with it because I really hadn't done much of a work to gain referrals. I mean, I hadn't gone to money making forums or that sort of websites to post my link in there. What I only did was made a review of my Linkbucks experienced with my payment screenshot in my blog with the referral link at the bottom. That was it. And to see my referrals now are adding up is just something I should be happy about.

How was my experienced with the site?

I hadn't had any problem with the payment, or any issue with payment request. And the only "not so good" thing I had experienced was that mentioned above when I was once trying to log in and was unable to, or maybe I was on the wrong time, site maintenance maybe?

What would I do with the money now?

None. I probably would just let it sit in there until I need it. And letting it sit there could help inspire me that earning extra bucks online takes a while, and patience pays off.
