High Yield Investment Program Warnings
High Yield Investment Warnings
High Yield Investment Warnings. What are High yield investments? Their are two kinds of these. This is really just a pyramid scheme. One of these has to do with off shore banking. You are ask to put monies up to buy in for a huge return in 30 to 90 days. If this happens run. Run to a phone and notify the proper authorities involved ,this is a scam. The other type of High yield investment programs involve smaller monies. These programs claim to pay up to 10% a day up to 100% per month. Most of these programs are scams. I said most not all some are legit. But most are scams.
The early programs involved day trading on the stock market, on futures or on foreign exchange.Investors paid very little money under $20 at most to these programs. They would start earning money each day, a percent or two at most. You needed to leave your money in to get a bigger pay out. You could get out a any time if you wanted to. Day Traders can do this and do make these percentages. Any where between 1-20% each day. Monies paid in to High yield investment programs would have to be all pooled together , and invested by the Day Trader. The Trader uses a 50% margin, the investor loans the trader and investment equal to what hes investing. The traders pay out 1% each day to the investors and still make money them selves. The other type is the Forex. Its similar to the day trading type. With this one you don't have to buy shares. You buy and sell currency and currency futures. Other High yield investment programs should be steered clear of are regarded with caution.
