Many people are wondering what is Bank Swift Code ? To make it simple, Bank Swift code is like an identity for the bank you selected. Every bank in this world has their unique swift code for the identification purpose. For example, Bank in Malaysia all included the code -'MY' as the short form of 'Malaysia'. All the banks in Malaysia are using the swift code in the following format :

The four letters before 'MY' representing the name of the Bank with the two letters after MY representing the location (branch) of the Bank. For example, the Bank Swift Code for MAYBANK Berhad is as below :

For full list of the Malaysia Bank Swift Code, check the list below :

Affin Bank Berhad = PHBMMYKL
Alliance Bank Berhad = MFBBMYKL
Ambank Berhad = ARBKMYKL
Bank Simpanan Nasional = BSNAMYKL
Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad = BCBMMYKL
Citibank Berhad Malaysia = CITIMYKL
Hong Kong Bank Malaysia Berhad = HBMBMYKL
