Tevya is in Town

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, November 28, 2016. Our wise friend, Wasp Tevya, is in town ready to prepare a sumptuous breakfast for all the Poppers. He will be serving potato pancakes and applesauce. I will be adding to the fun by mixing up dozens of Irish coffees for your pleasure. Our nation is a wee bit crazy at the moment, and Tevya is struck by the level of insanity swirling around him. Let's get together and talk about the current state of insane affairs. We hope to see you soon.

Is the Election Over?

Thank you all for joining me this morning. I thought the election was over, but it appears that I was wrong. Jill Stein and Hillary Clinton have come back from the dead to demand a recount. Clinton, who condemned Donald Trump for his claims that the election and the system were rigged, is now believing that the system and the election are rigged. These two sore losers will be wasting time and money to find out that Donald Trump is the next president. They are like worms who keep wiggling despite being sliced into smithereens. Personally, I long for the day when Stein brings images of beer to mind and Clinton is just a town in Massachusetts.

They Said What?

Liberals in America have now come up with a brilliant plan to permanently change our nation. A change here a change there just doesn't do it for them. Some of them are proposing that we not only do away with the electoral college, but that we do away with the states! They want to open the borders and blend America into one big very diverse and essentially unhappy entity. Just like the belief that our Constitution is an outdated piece of paper, is the belief that individual states and identities are archaic. The end result of this madness, and it would be madness, is that the ominous federal government would spread its tentacles even wider and take over all our lives in ways that are the stuff of nightmares. I, personally, wouldn't mind if these so-called "liberals" gathered together and separated from the rest of the country. At least we would know who and where they were, kind of like Gitmo. The Gitmo I am referring to, is the one before President Obama decided to open the gates and let all the terrorists out. There surely must be enough room there now to house Stein, Clinton and the losers who don't understand what our nation is supposed to stand for, Now that I think about it, we might need a bigger facility.

Tears for Fidel?

Dictator Fidel Castro is dead, which is good news to the many Cubans who suffered under his diabolical rule. His brutal methods and savage treatment of the people of Cuba somehow went unnoticed by the MSM who followed the news of his death with flattering statements about his "accomplishments." Liberals in this nation are inexplicably captivated by his life and his revolution. This love affair has been going on for a long time. The leftist MSM helped Castro spread lies about conditions in Cuba, citing free education, free housing and free healthcare as wonderful achievements. Apparently, they forgot to mention the prisons filled with citizens who dared to disagree with Castro. They also failed to remember the dead women and children who were rammed at sea trying to flee oppression. They never interviewed the people of Cuba who hid in their homes while death squads roamed the streets murdering anyone in their path. Instead they romanticized his reign of terror and spoke about the old cars that still run and the cigars that were so coveted by Americans. President Obama made a "carefully worded " statement about his death that dismissed his crimes against the Cuban people. It was difficult to discern where he stood on the matter of Castro's life or death, snd that is just not acceptable. Cuba is a hell hole, and that is the simple truth of it. There is nothing wonderful about that island. The people are not free to feel anyway other than the allowed "way." The people in Miami who were up through the night dancing in the streets know the truth. The fools in the MSM don't know a thing.

A Crazy Soup

There is no argument when it comes to the state of affairs in our nation. We have a new president on the horizon who may give us all a new outlook on life in America. I suppose I should refrain from using the word "all" because the divisions in our country will make this new adventure with Trump quite bumpy. President Obama has already put Trump and us on notice that he intends to weigh in on matters. That is a bad idea for America and for the presidency. The left will continue to disrupt the status quo with lies, innuendo and distortions. The paid activists will cause trouble just as long as the money holds out. Our only hope is that soon to be president Trump will pull off some great "changes" and put us back on track. The left will have to swallow their pain in the face of our gain. God Bless America!

Tevya's Song

Dear God, you made so many liberals

Who cause too much trouble

Bring back the liberals of yore

And could you do it on the double!
