Islamic State And Europe.

EU Police known as Europol have said that the Islamic State is planning for more attacks in Europe and they will be similar to the Mumbai attacks of a few years ago.

Apparently according to Europol the Islamic State is actually training inside Europe inside the European Union and in the Balkans.

It now has the ability to strike worldwide but it is putting many of these striking abilities on a focus towards Europe as it did in the Paris attacks when 130 people lost their lives.

As if evidence were needed that the group could do this Islamic State released a video showing nine Jihadis and saying they could hit Europe any time any place. Their raison d'etre seems to be that attacking soft targets will generate the most publicity and impact.

It would seem also the tech guys in Islamic State are developing a missile similar to the SA 14 which can hit planes or other high flying vehicles such as drones at 12,000 ft. Also Europol said there was no hard evidence Islamic State were recruiting from Syrian refugees never the less this vulnerable group could be open to be persuaded to work for IS (Islamic State).

All of the above show that the Islamic State despite months and months of bombing from the air by allied air forces and reverses on the battlefield remain a clear and present danger.
