Presidential Priorities

Antoine is at the Table

Good morning, breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, October 13, 2014. Our industrious little French friend, Antoine, is at the breakfast table. He has asked me to invite all the breakfastpoppers to my house to share a beautiful assortment of croissants and lattes. He has grave concerns about President Obama's interests and priorities. Clearly, it is not with the American people.

His Larger Role

Thank you all for coming to breakfast this morning. Your President Obama spoke about the Ebola virus last week and his message took my tiny breath away. He began his speech by telling anyone listening that it was his job to make sure Americans were taken care of.He clarified his statement by telling you that he had an even larger role to play. If you thought that he said he had to close our borders and obey the law, you would be dead wrong! By his own admission, President Obama said that his "larger" role was to make sure that African families were safe. You might want to spike your lattes right about now, because all of this is too much to take. Apparently, Obama became an African King charged with the awesome task of caring for Africans. If you were thinking his thoughts were with you and your families, I am sorry to disappoint you. It is this ant's contention that your President Obama has never been and will never be overly concerned about America. I consider myself to be an American. I am a bug, but I love this country. If I could vote, I would, but barring that I have only my right of free speech to make my position known. President Obama never has and will never love this country. President Obama came into office determined to put brash Americans in their place. President Obama came into office determined to take the best about us and knock us down a peg or two or three. He is succeeding.

You've Got Mail!

The Justice Department has once again classified terrorism as work place violence. I am talking about Alton Nolen, aka Jah Keem Yisrael, who tried to convert his fellow employees to Islam. He didn't succeed so he decided to attack them and attack them he did. In the wake of this act of terrorism, President Obama took his faithful pen in hand and dashed off a letter to the mosque that Nolen attended. The imam read the letter to his congregation. Here is just one sentence from the letter. " Your service is a powerful example of the powerful roots of the Abrahamic faiths and how our communities can come together with shared peace with dignity and a sense of justice." In this bug's view, he should have skipped the letter writing to the mosque that produced this terrorist and instead written a letter to the mother of the jailed soldier still in Mexico. Once again President Obama's priorities are a bit askew.

Concern for Muslims

Now that President Obama has made it clear just what he is truly concerned about, he has added to his priority list the task of protecting Islam from any disparaging remarks. It has been reported that he attended a very brief briefing with pentagon officials about how the bombing runs were going in Syria. The meeting didn't last long because someone from the Pentagon said the word "Islamist" in the same sentence as ISIS. Apparently, President Obama stood up in a fit of temper and stormed out of the room. He returned to call out the Pentagon for daring to tie Islam in with terror. The meeting ended right there. Clearly, President Obama's number two priority is protecting Islam. If you thought he was interested in protecting Americans from ISIS you are wrong again.

Take That America!

It is my very little impression that President Obama is trying very hard to please certain people, but Americans are not on his list. He has placed the entire nation in harm's way by inviting Ebola into the country. He has put our children in harm's way by bringing new diseases into the nation via the invasion at the border. He came into power to teach America a lesson. His handlers must be very proud.

Antoine's Song

Let's go children of the homeland

The day of reckoning has arrived

Against you tyranny's ugly flag is raised

And his name is Obama....
