There comes a time when one must walk away when they have lost their usefulness... and today is that day for me concerning the Waco Tragedy. I will continue to follow the news closely and pray for those whose lives have been ripped apart.


May God bring TRUTH and Justice to each and every family!

In My Humble Opinion

For over 4 months, I have personally been involved with the Waco shooting either by association or through advocacy and writing this blog.

I have seen numerous reports via the media old and new spouting misinformation and speculation. I have witness the miscarriage of justice time and time again by elected and appointed Waco officials.

I have hugged and cried with a grieving widow, walked the parking lot where nine people lost their lives and been evacuated by a manufactured “bomb” threat.

I have stood back watching this situation tear people apart who once stood in solidarity … and many times over the past few months I have asked myself “Why are you involved… you’re not even a Biker… you don’t live the lifestyle… why the hell do you care so much?”

Perhaps my answer is simplistic and naïve … but I believe in these people and the people of this country, especially those who served to protect it; I believe that the good outweighs the bad… I believe in our Constitution & the system of Government that our Country’s and State’s forefathers set in place. I believe in justice … and I believe in Truth! Even if it takes a lifetime for that Truth to be realized… I believe that people are innocent until proven guilty by a jury of their peers … and I believe that if people are subverting Truth and Justice, they need to be held accountable for that deception.

The preamble of our Constitution reads as follows:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We the people… not career politicians or elected officials

Establish Justice …. As defined by Webster as the quality of being just, impartial, or fair

Insure domestic tranquility ….

Provide for the common defense ….

Promote the general welfare ….

Secure the Blessing of Liberty to ourselves ….

When our Government gets to the point when they themselves begin to subvert the law to target the liberty of one individual group of people, whether they are Bandido, Baptist, Banker or Jew … they no longer represent a government of the people and for the people. Period!

Our own Declaration of Independence reads:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

All those in attendance of the Coalition of Clubs & Independents meeting, regardless of what patch they wore … support or otherwise, were simply doing what our declaration of Independence declares as “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Every single Law Enforcement officer and official involved in this ridiculous overreach of force against these innocent people has forgotten that they are first servants of the people…not just the people who sit in the church pew next to them on Sunday’s… but ALL people.

Instead they drank the proverbial Police State Kool-Aid, making decisions based on bad intel, completely leaving wisdom out of the equation and decided that maximum use of force was a good idea. After all, who cares about a bunch of “dirty Bikers?”

Who cares? …. I Do!

THERE IS HOPE!

It’s a hot muggy Sunday Afternoon… and I’m sitting here trying to emotionally and mentally digest a week of unimaginable circumstances. From the circus they call examination trials of Will & Morgan English, to the Memorial Service that was cut short due to a supposed Bomb threat. It would appear that Waco did not want us honoring the nine families of those killed and the 177 Bikers illegally incarcerated following the Twin Peaks Ambush.

But in the midst of all the drama, something beautiful and amazing happened!

After “evacuating” the area around the McLennan County Courthouse, we decided to go to the Scene of the Crime… Twin Peaks! We were not alone… many others had the same idea. As we rolled into the Parking lot of the abandoned Restaurant, I began to notice something pretty phenomenal, and it bolstered me up, giving me fresh hope that Justice will be served and Truth WILL triumph over even the most elaborate of cover ups.

It was a seemingly small thing, but it was a HUGE thing…. And what was it you ask?

For the first time since May 17th, the parking lot was full of Motorcycles! Oh, maybe not 200, but certainly enough to take back what was lost that day!

It’s not something we set out to do, but I got the message loud and clear. As more and more riders rolled in, it was as if God Himself had ordained this time to take back this place and send a message to us that TRUTH WILL PREVAIL! The innocent will not go without Justice and vindication.

Then the Rodriquez family arrived! Mary (Betty Boop), the widow of “Mohawk” and his Children began walking around the property, trying to take it all in. They all had T-shirts memorializing their husband and father and each had a bandana with his name on it.

I had the privilege to hug Mary and cry with her. Her grief stricken face was almost more than I could bear… the inner strength within her to stand in the same place where the love of her life was shot in the back and took his last breath is just too overwhelming! And yet she stood!

This simple act of Riders showing up at an abandoned restaurant to honor those who were gunned down in cold blood, speaks volumes! Even the Waco PD were kept away … they made their presence known, but they did not interfere. I hope those officers witnessed something that will touch their conscience.

In the end, WE WILL STAND BECAUSE THERE IS HOPE!!

Woman Behind the Mask (7/27/15)

What would influence a mother, grandmother, friend & lover to don a mask to a public protest?

The kind of woman with heart & compassion for those people and things she believes in. Who has spent countless hours working on behalf of her community and organizing charity events throughout the years?

What could be her motivation be? Does she have something to hide?

To answer this question, we need to go back two months ago to May 17th 2015.

You see, a man that she loves and cares for was innocently pulling into a parking lot getting ready to attend a political meeting of the Confederation of Clubs & Independents which advocates for Bikers rights. But he never made it to that meeting because he drove into a shootout like the OK Corral... except he didn’t witness Bikers shooting back... it was just a slaughter of innocent men by over zealous police.

For these men, they tried to seek cover as they were being shot at. Some lives were cut short, others were wounded as they lay on the ground doing their best trying not to get hit again. Still others did their best to protect the lives of blameless targets as the shots flew by.

At the hospital, there were very few surgeries or real wound care... for some, they just rinsed off the wound, put on a superficial bandage and released them into Police custody without Antibiotics or even so much as an aspirin.

And that was just the beginning of a long line of offenses perpetrated against them, simply because they wore a vest and patches.

They were rounded up and taken to the Civic Center where they were processed and given a 1 million dollar bond then taken to the County jail run by a private corporation.

And in jail they sat, some with bullet wounds, no meds and very little hope.

Have you ever spent a night agonizing over the uncertainty of a loved one’s wellbeing? How about two or three nights? What would you do? What if you had no one to call or hold on to during these gut wrenching hours of the unknown?

Now imagine during those extremely lonely hours, all you were hearing through the media coverage of this horrific incident was absolute lies, because a certain Police Officer assigned to public relations for the Waco Police Department turned into a Media whore and decided it was his duty to be judge, jury and executioner. Not only vilifying your loved one as a “thug”, but all Bikers as criminals?

This was the plight of every wife, girlfriend, mother and child of those illegally detained and incarcerated in Waco the night of May 17th 2015. There was no sleeping... only gut wrenching sadness, numerous tears and fear of the unknown.

Our woman in the mask?

She represents every single woman connected to these men.

  • The wife at home taking care of their children, trying to figure out what to tell them and wondering how she was going to make ends meet. Would he lose his job? Would they lose the house?
  • The wife of a man who just retired, who was a friend to all… watching his bloodied body lay on the concrete next to his Motorcycle and knowing that the plans they made together for their golden years will be no more!
  • The girlfriend who kissed her man goodbye that morning as he smiled and waved to her… never knowing that last glance would be the last she saw of him.
  • The girlfriend who had no clue if her man was even there, and if so, was he dead or alive? Wounded... detained? There were no phone calls, no communication with loved ones... for some, up to two weeks.
  • The daughter who watched helplessly as both her parents were being rounded up & detained on national television…

Since that terrible day, slowly but surely the truth of what really happened is gradually leaking out; notwithstanding the Waco PD's strangle hold on evidence that would certainly bring to light the WPD's guilt and piss poor handling of this whole situation.

So here are the Facts as they are known…

  • The District Attorney somehow thinks it’s OK to create trumped up RICO charges, making Xerox copies of warrants, simply filling in the name of each of the 177 defendants.

RICO law refers to the prosecution and defense of individuals who engage in organized crime. In 1970, Congress passed the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act in an effort to combat Mafia groups. Since that time, the law has been expanded and used to go after a variety of organizations, from corrupt police departments to motorcycle gangs. RICO law should not be thought of as a way to punish the commission of an isolated criminal act. Rather, the law establishes severe consequences for those who engage in a pattern of wrongdoing as a member of a criminal enterprise.

Title 18, Section 1961 of the United States Code sets forth a long list of racketeering activities, the repeated commission of which can form the basis of a RICO Act claim. These underlying federal and state offenses exist independently of the act, and include the crimes of homicide, kidnapping, extortion, and witness tampering. Racketeering activities also include property crimes such as robbery and arson. A number of financial crimes are also listed, such as money laundering, counterfeiting, securities violations, as well as mail and wire fraud.

The Supreme Court considered the issue, and determined that an enterprise can be any group with members who are associated in a relationship in order to achieve a common purpose, provided the relationship lasts long enough to allow them to pursue that purpose. In the terminology of RICO law, such groups are known as “association-in-fact” enterprises.

The RICO Act itself defines the term pattern as two or more acts of racketeering activity within a 10-year period. However, the Supreme Court has weighed in on this issue as well. According to the Court, to qualify as a pattern, the criminal activities must be related and continuous. Relatedness will be established if the crimes have similar characteristics such as the same perpetrators, victims, and methods of commission. Continuity will be established if the crimes occurred over a substantial period of time. Some courts have interpreted this to mean at least one year.

The only “evidence” they have of “known association-in-fact” is the Bikers all had vests with patches (cuts) and they were in the same place at the same time, for a political meeting. That’s it! There is absolutely no other evidence to merit these charges…

  • A Justice of the Peace with presumably no authority to do so, who in trying to be a bad ass and "send a message", issued a blanket bond of 1 Million dollars for over 170 innocent people. It must be noted, that this same Justice of the Peace has since been recused from the first trial.
  • District Judges who are so caught up in the "good ol boy" legal system, couldn't see true justice if it was handed to them on a silver platter. And now, to muddy the waters even more, they appoint a Police officer as Foreman on the Grand Jury for this case.
  • But the cherry on top of this fiasco of Justice, information is just now coming out that there may have been a rogue undercover officer with the Waco PD that very well could have stirred the pot and actually created this entire ambush … in fact there are even some whisperings that some people were warned well in advance to stay away from Twin Peaks on that day.

Is this Justice?

Is ignoring the Texas Penal Code and use of force laws justice? According to witnesses, they only heard 2-3 side arm shots fired. But then a barrage of high powered Rifle shots… as is evident in the leaked video’s that are starting to come out… even still, how is firing into a crowded restaurant justified?

9.51.(c)  A peace officer is justified in using deadly force against another 
when and to the degree the peace officer reasonably believes the deadly force 
is immediately necessary to make an arrest, or to prevent escape after arrest, 
if the use of force would have been justified under Subsection (a) 


(Just a note: after the ambush, in every video & photo, you see every single Biker patiently waiting in the sun without food or water for hours. There is no evidence of anyone resisting arrest.)

Is completely disregarding the 8th Amendment of our Constitution by the District Attorney Justice?

In 1951, the Supreme Court declared that a bail amount is "excessive" under the Eighth Amendment if it were "a figure higher than is reasonably calculated" to ensure the defendant's appearance at trial.

What would the forefathers of our Country would think about all of this? What about our Texas Founders?

It seems that these innocent Bikers actually embrace the same spirit as those who founded this Great State.

Sam Houston once said:

"Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may."

Well, Sam; a rogue and corrupt City and County is giving True Texans a very bad name and becoming quite the embarrassment to this Great State.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned...especially when someone she loves is being mistreated and maligned... particularly when that strong woman is a Biker!

When the hands of her man have been illegally tied behind him and a gag order has been stuffed down his throat to shut him up, STAND BY!

Get the hell out of her way.... because there is absolutely NOTHING that will stop her from making things right... She will Raise her Voice and people WILL listen!

Tuesday, June 23rd 2015 - Radical Theory

38 Days later and we are no closer to having tangible proof & answers concerning what really happened in Waco than the day after it happened.

We still have 9 American citizens dead, 18 wounded and many still "detained" on xerox copied charges with a 1 Million Dollar bond set so as to "send a message". Injustice is running rampant in this small Texas City...and now the Media has gone quiet on the issue... on to bigger and better stories.

Waco PD continues to throw around words like "Transparent" and "Integrity"... which personally makes me nauseous! So just for fun, lets find out what Webster says those words mean... shall we?

TRANSPARENT - adjective:

  • transparent(of a material or article) allowing light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen.

INTEGRITY - noun:

I do not see these qualities among the Waco PD....

Now here is where I'm going to take a sharp turn...some might even call it crazy or delusional. I have no proof per say... its just a running theory. A Hypothesis if you will ...

I personally feel that the Waco PD, DA & Sheriffs Department of McClennan County are all just puppets in a much more elaborate ruse.

If we look at Waco like a section on a Canvas... and take a few steps back to see a broader picture... what do we see? Well, first we see unprecedented changes in our country...

  • Lets start with the influx of over 100,000 unscreened Muslim "refugee's" (or small army) into the Bible Belt of the United States... Click Here
  • For the first time in the History of our Country, conservative Faith based organizations, churches and synagogues are being categorized as "Extremists" in the eyes of our Government, and many Pastors & Rabbi's have been put on the List as well...it would also do us well to remember that our Homeland Security is Directed by a Devout Muslim and a member of CAIR ...   • Jade Helm 2015 ... Now, having served in the Military and participated in Military drills and training... in my experience, we never took our training into the realm of the General Public. The above are just three of many things that in and of themselves are disturbing, but if we look at the Broader picture... what do we see? If you had to find a common link what would that be?

Now lets ask the question, If we had a enemy on American soil, who is the biggest threat to an enemy invasion? The one group of people that you would want to eliminate either by vilification or by whatever means necessary?

  • Answer: The American Veteran & Patriot. Former Marines, Army, Navy, National Guardsmen... all trained to defend this nation from enemies foreign and domestic.

.... and where can you find them in spades?

  • Answer: On Harley's, connected to a Brotherhood of loyalty and commitment...never leaving a man (or woman) behind. They are part of MC's, they are fierce and they refuse to back down.

Just food for thought...

Now getting back to Waco... It is my firm belief that the Powers that be may know how to throw around words like Transparent or Integrity.... but they aint seen nothing like thousands of pissed off Bikers with real Integrity and Character... the kind of integrity that that has teeth and follow through. And when they say they wont leave a brother behind, they mean exactly that! Waco PD, McClennan County Sheriff's Department and the DA should take some notes. Because my dear fellows... this is just the Beginning!

Monday, June 8th 2015 - As I see it...

Yesterday I had the privilege to follow several hundred Bikers down to Waco for a Silent Protest and Rally against the injustice of the 177 Bikers caught up in an illegal sweep by Waco Law Enforcement on May 17th, 2015.

I could easily make this a factual story with bullet points of the all of the injustices brought against these men and women. But today, I want to share my personal story as someone who was not a part of the Biker World or its Lifestyle...

For me it all started on a lark the first of April... I needed to get away from my city for a weekend, so I came down to the DFW area for a quick one night getaway! I was also going to use this time to look for apartments and jobs for my impending move to the area.

In the process of this "stay-cation", I met someone... A Biker as a matter of fact. A real Badass...or so he kept telling me.

I was definitely intrigued by him, he had the outward persona of a Bad Boy, but there was something about his eyes and certain things he said that revealed something much deeper... Character!

Two things to know about me... I am extremely attracted to Character in a man...and the bad boy persona was definitely sexy! We spent about 4 hours together talking... sharing a lot about ourselves. Our past. Our present. We were both veteran's & had a little too much in common even though we were so different. I had just resigned from over 10 years of ministry and he was about to embark in what he called prospecting in a MC. I had no idea what that meant, even as he tried to explain it.

He had to work later that evening, and I thought "that was that!" Nice guy, very cool, but our two worlds couldn't be more different. He kept joking around that I was going to fall in love with him...something I don't take lightly since I had only ever been "in love" once before in my life. I told him that I most definitely would NOT be falling in love with him!!

I returned home expecting to move on with my life and try to find myself again. Interestingly, he and I started texting during his down time at work... everyday! Sometimes it was about nothing... our days or little stuff, and sometimes we would text for hours talking about pretty intense personal stuff. Either way, he became a part of my daily life. So, doing what I do, I started to research everything I could about MC's; some of which just completely freaked me out! Thank God I never watched Son's of Anarchy! What the Hell was I doing? I need to walk away... this isn't going to end well for me! And yet, there was that "thing", everyone knows that "thing"... that special something in a person that just makes everything in your world OK.

On top of this, I'm a pretty transparent person... lying or holding things back from my family or close friends, especially my mother never goes well. A few days after meeting him and being in communication, I had to tell my mother. One morning I took her to Sonic and carefully broke the news about who I had met. I told her all the "bad" stuff first and then told her the amazing stuff... I find that it always works much better to share the positive in closing... her reaction surprised even me. And while I cannot share what she said, I can tell you after seeing his picture, she was pleasantly surprised. and surprisingly supportive.

A week after we met, he was called in to start prospecting... I had to google it to wrap my head around it.

If our timing to have met could've been any worse, I don't know how. But I was still intrigued, and more than that, I was falling in love with him. A fact that I was not thrilled with to be honest. I am always very careful to guard my heart and this guy, just has a way of disarming me... throwing me off balance and quite frankly, its still unnerving.

I moved to the DFW area in May, found a golden goose for an Apartment and was still getting settled in. The morning of May 17th, it was raining, I was unpacking and cleaning house and then decided to take a nap. I was awakened by his 911 text at 1:01pm. I wont share what he texted verbatim... but needless to say, he said things went bad in Waco and to watch the news, and he would be in touch. It took almost an hour to find anything on the internet about the shooting! The second text I got was even more frightening as he recounted pulling in and then having a bullet fly past his head and he dropped his bike. That was the last I heard from him that day...

Needless to say, I'm glad I had that little nap earlier in the day, because there was no way in hell I was going to get any sleep. I was flooding my brain with news story after news story... trying to find him in pictures and video to try to figure out what was going on. Finally, Monday around noon I heard from him again... he had been detained but let go this morning. That's when he told me about the 177 being held on RICO charges for over a Million in bail. Including some of his MC brothers! I was stunned and sickened that such a broad stroke of a legal brush would just round people up on generic charges. Having Jewish heritage, it sent chills down my spine, as it was so reminiscent of Nazi Germany.

Between Prospecting, Work and the whole Waco fiasco, I didn't actually get to see him until the following Thursday morning . I knew I was a lucky one and didn't want to let him go. But, more than that I was listening to his heart tell stories of people loosing their jobs, putting the lives of their families in jeopardy, being vilified as criminals, good people... all because they wore patches, affiliated with an MC or just a Biker in general. What could I possibly do for him, for his MC brothers and the whole Biker family? I'm not a part of their world... what could I say or do to help make a difference?

Then it hit me... tell their stories! Use your gift of writing to be a voice for their injustice! And so I started to write, to share their story as told to me through his voice. Let people know the truth!

That's when I found the All for 1 Rally & Protest on Facebook. I knew my Biker couldn't go, but I thought I could come and represent on his behalf and on behalf of all the people & MC's forbidden to be there. In seeking advice on protocol and such in the Bikers world...I just got "keep your mouth shut and just observe"! So that's what I did.

I arrived in Arlington to follow this group of Bikers down to Waco...taking a stand for what is right. I noticed a lot of Media, including HBO doing an expose' on this story. I just started taking pictures and watching and learning. I was neither embraced or shunned... I just was.

I was overwhelmed by the sheer mass of Bikers and Cages (Cars) that came out to support the Waco 170. And even more so by the Arlington PD who made our journey from our Meeting place to I-35W South so accommodating. At points in the drive down, it was harrowing trying to stay with the Bikers and the car with their flashers on in front of you! But there was also something very surreal and wonderful about this experience as well.

When we got close to Waco, we met up with a few hundred more Bikers! The Local police were there again to escort us to the Waco city limits. The sheer Volume of hundreds of Harley's was an amazing experience in and of itself, but the reason why we were all there... that's what mattered the most!


Before going to the Courthouse, we had a very important stop to make! The Road Captains took us to the McLennan County Detention Center. It was our hope that as we rode by, the rumble of hundreds of Harley's and the honking horns of the cages would send a message to our brothers, still being held hostage unlawfully, that we care and are doing everything we can to help get them free! It was the second ride around that choked me up! It could have so easily been the "someone" I care so deeply for sitting in that jail.

At the Courthouse, I was happy to hand out cold water and just quietly watch these amazing people, these Bikers share their stories with each other and the Media!

As the Texas sun beat down on us; Signs were held, water was distributed and a great sense of pride welled up in my heart...

We accomplished that which we had strived for! Peacefully!

As for me and this crazy Biker who captured my heart? I don't know... time will tell.

But I am grateful to be a voice for this phenomenal group of people!!!


UPDATE: Well, sadly... the crazy Biker and I wanted two very different things and have since gone our separate ways! You live, you love and hopefully you learn to love again!

Wednesday, June 3rd 2015 - Oh What A Tangled Web We Weave....

When first we practice to deceive....

It seems that the tales of Waco continue to get more and more complex.

  1. Evidence collection and handling is questionable at best. There is no guarantee of an ethical evidence chain.
  2. In addition, Video that should have been released in a reasonable time frame is being kept hidden due to "an ongoing investigation"
  3. It has come to light that the Jail is actually privatized by a company in New Jersey who has made very generous donations to a few local politicians involved.
  4. Not only are these men and women being held on trumped up charges, their treatment within the jail was abhorrent. Witnesses said they were treated "like animals".

So here it the good news... It was found last weekend that those illegally detained (yes, I will get to the illegal detainment in a moment), were given a waiver to sign which essentially stated that if they would sign away their rights to file civil litigation against the City of Waco & McLennan County, Texas, in turn they would received a reduced bond. Thankfully their attorneys quickly caught on and were able to negotiate reduced bonds without signing the waiver. Unfortunately, not all the Bikers are represented and only 25 were able to bond out. But... 25 people have a voice again and their lives back for now!

Interestingly enough, no one is taking responsibility for these waivers...in fact the DA and another Attorney are passing the blame back and forth.

Unfortunately, the remaining 145 continue to sit in jail on trumped up charges, decided by someone who has never been an attorney and presumably never studied constitutional law. The fact is, Walter H. Peterson is a Justice of the Peace, NOT a Judge! He seems to have overlooked a 1951 Ruling of the 8th Amendment of our Constitution by the Supreme Court...

There will however be a Peaceful Protest and Rally this Sunday at the Waco Country Courthouse....

And estimated 1500 Bikers will be arriving in Waco around 1pm on Sunday Afternoon to stand united for those Illegally detained according to our Constitutional Rights.

It is said to be a Silent Protest, but how silent do you think 1500 Harley's will be?

From Attorney Paul Looney of Looney & Conrad, P.C.:

"Good news. The D.A. just spoke to me. He agreed to reasonable bonds with no conditions. They get out in the morning... I think that bonds are available to those who are represented. Unfortunately, most of them are still without lawyers."

We need to find the others viable Attorneys to Represent them...

UNFATHOMABLE!!!

As if it were not enough that these Men & Women were being detained illegally, it has now come to my attention that in order for their Bond's to be reduced, they are being told they MUST sign a waiver stating that the Waco PD "had the right to arrest the inmate and that he/she will not file a lawsuit against McLennan County/City of Waco."

According to a Facebook post just a few minutes ago on "Bikers Lives Matter Too",

"This latest information was reported to an attorney representing at least one of the detainees. “It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity,” said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. “I’ve never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond. I will be in the reception area of the McLennan County D.A.’s office tomorrow morning at 8:30 with the intention of not leaving until we have the issue of bond resolved.”

“They know these people aren’t dangerous or they wouldn’t be offering the bond reductions and they know the police and the D.A.’s office have violated the law and now they are trying to hold people hostage until they agree to waive their rights. It’s unconscionable,” said Clay S. Conrad, Looney’s law partner."

This now goes beyond a miscarriage of justice, but instead is full blow corruption!

The City of Waco and McLennan County have gotten their hands caught in the proverbial cookie jar and now they are still trying to project their guilt onto the innocent Bikers who have been illegally detained for 15 days. Just how delusional are they?

So why should the average American care? Why should we be so incensed by such a blatant disregard for the rights of these Bikers?

This is why... There is much more to the story than what y'all have been hearing on the mainstream media, which I will gladly address in the coming week... but suffice to say, if it can happen to them, it can happen to any of us.

Standing up and giving these amazing men & women a voice and supporting the Biker community sends a message loud and clear to the mainstream media and our Governments, that we stand United in the protection of the rights of our people!

On a Personal Note...

This morning I've been perusing Facebook and the internet for more stories, blogs and articles relating to the Waco tragedy. And something stopped me in my tracks... A Memorial Blog for Manny "Candyman" Rodriquez. Looking at his photograph with his Ol' Lady, you could see a gentleness in his eyes... the same gentleness I see in the eyes of another biker; a man I have come to care about very deeply.

I cannot even imagine the gut wrenching loss she must feel at Candyman's unnecessary death. But I am so grateful that she has his brothers to take care of her and be there for her.

Her loss motivates me to continue to be a voice for Truth concerning the tragedy and horrific miscarriage of justice in Waco.

Waco Biker Shootout - The Other Side of the Coin (May 25, 2015)

Isn't interesting that so much media coverage surrounded the Waco Biker shootout for three days; splashed on every TV Screen, Newspaper headline and Social Media feed, and yet 8 days later... silence! Why is that?

As someone recently new to the Biker culture, it would be easy to jump on the bandwagon and begin labeling these men as thugs or compare them to the Gang culture of Los Angeles or New York., especially with my previous law enforcement training. Thankfully I have a brain in my head and a penchant for Truth and Justice... and an advocates heart when I see total injustice.

Is there a dark side to some of these Motorcycle Club's? Of course... but specifically for the Bandidos MC, its becoming the exception rather than the rule today. Many of the leaders have worked very hard over the years to try to change the culture within and public perception without concerning their MC. And while yes, they can be highly critical of the corruption in our Local, State and Federal Governments, the last time I checked there are no laws against voicing ones strong opinion and living that ideology.

In fact I think that is whole point, Freedom!

And if anyone has the right to be critical of the how this country has changed, as the American people are quickly loosing their constitutional freedoms every single day, its these men! Most of whom are former Marines and served our country with honor, willing to give their life for the very freedom they hold dear.

Thankfully, I have the privilege of actually knowing one of these men who was there.... a man of character and honesty, a man gainfully employed, a homeowner, a taxpayer with excellent credit and yes... A Biker in a Motorcycle Club.

So lets look at some basic facts and ask some common sense questions:

  • Most of these men are Good men! Husbands and fathers who have real jobs, mortgages, bills and the same day to day struggles as the rest of us. Most of them will lose their jobs, many could lose their homes and has anyone thought about the families of those killed, injured or in my humble opinion, falsely imprisoned? Perhaps some research should be done into these men and their lives before vilifying them.
  • It is my understanding that this Coalition of Clubs have been meeting on a regular basis without incident. Why would the management ban these men when there had never been problems in the past? They had a reputation of being good paying customers... and yet now even the life of the Twin Peaks Manager/Operator is also vilified.

In my estimation, this situation is by far one of the most blatant miscarriages of justice I have witnessed in a very long time. If a true crime has been committed by any of those men being held in jail, then by all means the perpetrator should be held accountable... given a speedy trial and proven guilty by a jury of their peers.

Will any of these men get a fair trial in McLennan County, Texas? Highly doubtful, as the Law Enforcement of Waco, ATF, FBI and the District Attorney have already declared them guilty. In fact, their Attorneys will have to prove their innocence while their wives & children watch from the sidelines suffering in silence.

The fallout? Hundreds of lives afflicted and forever affected because of one police chief with a Wyatt Earp complex, overzealous to make a name for himself.
