Bill Widner

I am an RN currently living in Northeast Arkansas. I have been a nurse for 38 years, and although I am passionate about my work, I am also passionate about other things as well. I love music, including listening to,and playing guitar, writing, and discussing different genres. I also love gardening. I enjoy reading immensely and read everything from fantasy and science fiction, to history, to gardening, to how-to books. I am fasicnated by UFO's and the paranormal. I have been married to the same wonderful lady for 30 years, and together we share a love of movies,especially science fiction, fantasy and superhero movies. We are both concerned about our country's economy, its energy policies, and the upcoming election. We believe in being frugal, and living debt free. The only thing we owe money on is our home, and we intend to keep it that way by careful planning, budgeting, and recycling everything we can. We are now learning to live the way our grandparents lived, something we both wish we had taken to heart long ago. The climate changes that we see taking place concern us, and we feel it will worsen, causing increased social unrest as we approach 2012. If you think I'm being negative, you're wrong. I just believe in being proactive, so Murphy's law doesn't have much of a chance around us.
