I'm a stay-at-home Mom of three who is trying to break into the Freelance Writing field. You can also find me at www.cailinscoffeethoughts.blogspot.com. I was a single Mom for six years before I met my second husband. I have an English degree from UMass Amherst and an M.Ed from Lesley University. I worked in higher education administration at Harvard University for twelve years before taking some time to raise my kids. I am also a licensed elementary educator in the state of Massachusetts who will eventually go back to teach in the public schools. I'm interested in risk and resiliency in children and adolescents, spirituality, immigration, gender issues, creative expression as therapy, anxiety and depression, borderline personality disorder, absent fathers, blended families, bipolar disorder, going green, living life below the poverty line, debt management, marriage and relationships, love, life and death. Whew! And I believe as the great Thomas Mann wrote that "all life is the retelling of the story in the forms of the myth." In my words, we are all walking the same path, but in a different pair of shoes. Right now I'd like a pair of those Adidas sandals that I just bought my 11 year old. They are so comfortable!
