Capisce on HubPages

I have been in the Hospitality and Service Industry for thirty years and frankly, my dogs are tired.

I stumbled onto hubpages quite by accident the other day and decided I would give it a shot. I do not consider myself a writer as a lot of people here do. I am however a curious person and tend to accumulate a lot of useless information. Useless to me but perhaps important to others.

I also tend to be a bit of a know it all, so this seems to be the perfect venue for me to run my mouth without offending the other half of the conversation.

I am not sure what I am doing and am not exactly computer savvy, but here goes with my first hub. I will be tweeking as time goes by and I learn more about the format.
