My students call me Mr. Know It All. I have been many things in life, an educator, a business leader, a musician, and an avid student of history and current events. I love to learn and love to teach. I also love to participate, and through my hobbies of Civil War reenacting, model railroading, writing and playing music on street corners, I listen and talk with people from many widely different backgrounds. I am, in short, a student of life. I want to thank Sherman & Mr. Peabody for the inspiration to become Mr. Know It All, and my students as well.

Hey Chef Jeff, I am old enough to comment, after reading your profile... you are too cute! Let's see, you write about the English in around 1008? I am pretty interested in Nordic history around that time-- 700 to 1300, I guess. The era of the Poetic and Prose Eddas, to name a few points of interest.

Thank you for joining my fan club.
No, I am not active in music right now. But I do have a dream project I've always wanted to put together: A fairs and festivals (no bars or roadwork!) band. Lane County, where I live, has them -indoor and out- year round. I'd like to put together a show band which played these exclusively. I have some awesome ideas. Problem is, a project like that is VERY expensive to get off the ground. I could never do it without funding.
