I'm married to Beth (see my bio photo), we live in Greenhite on the North Shore of the city of Auckland in New Zealand. We have three adult children, Phil who is married to Kate. Phil and Kate have just had their first child, Marlon Xavier Maltby Porteous. Of course this make us extremely proud Grand Parents. Our second child is Matt who has a graphics design company; Matt keeps busy building his business which has healthy growth and plenty of upside. Our third child is Catherine who is a practicing physiotherapist is currently doing post-grad studies. Catherine has a boyfriend Sam who'se a great guy and loves sport; as does Catherine. My wife Beth is a board member of our local high school, Westlake Girls. My own bisiness is the importation of cars from Japan for resale in New Zealand and the pacific islands. I also have a vehicle rental company which is a new enterprise for us. In our spare time Beth and I together with others organise an annual Catholic Convention to which we get on average 1500 people attending.
