I am a mother of three children (two teenagers) who loves it that mom blogs, and is now a hubber. I also have been writing for over ten years, with over 1000 articles published about health, nutrition, fitness, home architecture, parenting, and more in magazines, newspapers websites, and blogs.

I am currently on book three of my YA/fantasy series, The Crystal Locket, which is currently being shipped around to publishers.

I love reading, writing, spending time with family and going to church.

I hope to inform people about healthy supplements with recipes from time to time.
