Loved the info! The most signifficant factor in metabolism is the production of HGH, by FAR! Unfortunately, the production basically ceases after the anabolistic stage of development. While focusing on incrasing metabolism is helpful, it pales in comparison to the simple advice of watch caloric consumption, do aerobic and anearobic exercise 3-4X weekly.
