Fishin' Cricket on HubPages

Hello.. My name is Cricket.  I am a professional salesman & finance manager in the automotive industry. But first I am a Husband, a step-father and grandfather, a poet and an all around, laid back, friendly fella.  Cars are a passion of mine, but when I am not working (or being with my beautiful wife) I am usually on one of the local rivers or lakes or creeks or mudholes, trying to catch some fish and learn something new. 

I have been in the auto industry since 2003 and have been running the Finance office at a franchise GM dealer since 2006.  I do truly enjoy my job, but I do not enjoy the stigmas that go along with it.  I am a professional with high ethical standards including honesty, integrity and character.  I feel that customers deserve my utmost respect and devotion, and I only deserve as much respect as I am willing to give.

I play guitar (upside down, left handed) and sing, I like all types of music (Cat stevens, Rob Thomas, James Taylor, Santana, Garth Brooks, Billy Joe Royal, Iced Earth, Black Sabbath, Megadeth, WHAM, Billy Joel, Elton John, Rage Against the Machine, I.C.P., Warren G, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Dre, you get the idea). I like to play disc golf and I am involved in my community (Literacy Council sponsor, sub-committee for economic development member, etc).

 I have many other interests, but I will just let you ask as you come up with questions or requests.

When I am not writing about my experiences as a Salesman and Finance Manager, you can definitely expect to see some type of fishing articles and general articles about the beautiful land we call the Ozarks.
