I am Kirstie. It's pronounced like 'thirsty'. Yes, I was named after Kirstie Alley. No, you aren't the first person to make the connection, but you can certainly slap my aunt for loving Cheers and naming me after a woman who orders plastic food from Jenny Craig.
I have 3 sisters and a brother, two parents who are in the process of separating after being together since I was born (19 years ago), and 3 dogs. I am a music education major, with a focus on french horn, currently enrolled in a super cheap state university because I am super poor. (My roommates eat chicken and fresh veggies. I eat cereal and fluffer-nutters.) I am also in the honors program because I love having my time and sanity sucked up like the contents of a soup pot in the Depression.
I'm in love with the X-files. Like. We're dating. And Swedish fish are my best friends.
I absolutely love hubpages. I'm on it all the time reading everyone's articles. It's a great community that I want to be a bigger part of, so I plan to do a hub challenge this month and write at least 15 in between my homework and practicing. Wish me luck!
