I've been online since about 1997. I come from London, but I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, which is imvho the most beautiful city in Britain, if not the world.
I'm a bit of a gothy geeky type with lots of interests, from computers to cooking. As I found out I was gluten intolerant I've spent a fair amount of time researching the subject, and collecting recipes together. I also have a friend who is both gluten and dairy intolerant.
