Gems4friends on HubPages

I picked the name 'gems4friends' because it's the name of my main site, which is primarily about alternative healing, but I write on a variety of topics.

WoW is a big current interest, as is politics, and I'd love to get back into fishing. Sometimes I like to rant so I might, maybe, take hubpages up their 'controversial hub' suggestion. Global Warming, anyone?

I'm 40 something, married, two boys, and spend way too much time on the computer. We have two dogs and three cats. Does that count as hobby? Actually, we now have four. Out teen came home one saturday morning with a wet, bedraggled kitten. One who turns out to have quite the case of ringworm. Sigh. He's on the mend though.

I like to fish (esp. fly fishing) amd I used to SCUBA dive, but haven't done either in way too long.

Reading materials? Science fiction, some fantasy, politics, interesting rants. ;)

I'll get a pic up if I ever find one that doesn't make me say, "Ack!"
