I am a GPS fanatic.  I am not into all the latest and greatest GPS devices, but I am into thinking about how this technology can be used to help businesses, families, and individuals live better, safer, and more efficient lives.

As of today, because of monetary constraints, I do not own a single GPS device.  I bike frequently, so I would love to own some type of GPS tracking device (maybe one with a heart rate monitor) so that I could keep track of my workouts.  That way I could see how my fitness level was improving.

Since I bike, I really don't have much use for a GPS navigation devices - but I have seen how useful these can be from experience.  My in-laws have taken me on several trips where their Garmin has provided good directions that got us to destinations we had never been to before.  I also see the great long-term impact that these devices can have in the long term.

I am great fan of GPS fleet tracking and the way it can empower business owners to improve vehicle efficiency and worker productivity.  The fuel this technology can save will not only help business become better, but it will also save our planet and nation from unhealthy levels of fossil fuel consumption.
