I'm a chef living in Thailand, and have opened and run three succesful resataurants here in the northern city of Chiang Mai. I've always loved to cook, and I want to write these hubs to try to pass on any great recipes and tips that I've picked up along the way. Hey, John,
Thanks for your comment about my Slow Food movement Hub. Great that we can reach across the Pacific to meet. I think your recipes are great. I'm a great fan of Thai food here in San Francisco, but I don't know if it's like the real thing where you are. I was in Bangkok for two days a long time ago and had some delicious tiger prawns in a very large restaurant that had decks above ponds. You may know it. Thanks again, Harlan
