Thanks for your comment about my Slow Food movement Hub. Great that we can reach across the Pacific to meet. I think your recipes are great. I'm a great fan of Thai food here in San Francisco, but I don't know if it's like the real thing where you are. I was in Bangkok for two days a long time ago and had some delicious tiger prawns in a very large restaurant that had decks above ponds. You may know it. Thanks again, Harlan
