Hello Katina R. I was pleased to read about how you quit your addition to cigarettes. I worked for Alpha Motivation Institute in California, and we helped almost everyone who came to us for help. The one thing most clients said to us was "Don't tell me why I should quit, just tell me HOW to quit."
